Rates: |

| Prices are in UAE Dirhams per day and include unlimited free mileage for daily and weekly rental only. |
| The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Thereafter, there will be a grace period of 1 hour for the return of the vehicle. |
| The rental charges applicable for exceeding the grace period will be charged on the basis of a full day rental. |
| The rates are subject to change without prior notice. |

| |
Insurance: |
|
|
| Non-Waivable to be charged in case of Drivers fault in the event of an accident, as per the category of the vehicle. |
| All our vehicles are comprehensively insured within the UAE, including Third Party Insurance. Comprehensive insurance cover is provided against accidental damage only. |
| Personal accident insurance and theft protection insurance is charged at a minimal amount of AED 10 per Day respectively (optional). |
| All insurance clauses are subject to laws of the UAE and are restricted to the confines of the country. |
| In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter is responsible for the (a minimum deductible (non-wavevable) amount will be applicable). |
| Except where Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) has been accepted and purchased by the renter then the driver's liability in the event of an accident is nil. However if the police report says HIT AND RUN, then the deductible is applicable as per the vehicle group. A police report is mandatory in both cases. his will be applicable provided the terms and conditions have been complied with |

Important notice: |

|
Police report should be submitted with every accident otherwise renter will be responsible for the rental until submission of the original police report.
In addition, if no police report available renter will bare all the damage cost as insurance will not approve refund. |

| If the SCDW has not been purchased, Then the driver's liability in the event of the fault of the driver will be limited to a Non Waivable excess amount as per the car group, which is as follows. |
| for B,D,E and F AED2000 |
| for G,H,I,L,M and K AED3000 |
| for IL,J,JL,P and PL AED4000 |

| A police report is also mandatory, otherwise renter will bare the full damage cost. |
| |
| Driver's Age: Driver must be over 25 years old wit a minimum of one year driving experience. |
| SALIK: Actual Toll Charge plus Additional 25% will be charged as service charge thereafter on every toll gate usage. |
| Traffic Fine: Traffic fees to be invoiced with an AED60.00 service charge. |

Documents |
|
|
| For U.A.E Resident – U.A.E driving license (should be one year old), Passport Copy with visa page and credit card copy. |
| For visitors – International with national license (should be one year old), Passport copy with entry stamp and credit card. |
| In case of visitor please check with our office for the any changes in the law. |
| All International driving licenses must be accompanied with a valid driver's license from the issuing country. |
| All the Documents should be in color and should be reached at the time of booking. |

Payment: |
|
|
| For corporate Customer – Valid LPO signed by authorized signatory (mentioned on the Credit Application form) with company seal. |
| A Credit card is mandatory and an imprint of the credit card will be taken on all individual rentals. |
| A pre- authorization covering the estimated rental charges will be necessary and will be obtained on the credit card. |
Full payment of the rental period is required prior to rent. |

Modification on ALLO RENT vehicle: |
|
|
| Allo rent vehicles are not permitted to tint the glass or any other alteration to the vehicle. Aed 400 will be charged for color films removal. |

| |
Off Road Vehicles: (4x4) |
|
|
Allorent do not authorize the use of any vehicles off road, or in desert. A charge will apply if any evidence stating that the car has been used off road.
This charge is estimated upon the return of the vehicle and the assessment of the damages and abnormal usage of the vehicle.
Insurance will not cover any accident or incident away from asphalted roads. |

Race track and competitions: |
|
|
Allorent do not authorize the use of any of its vehicle in competitions or on race circuit. A charge will apply if any evidence in this matter.
This charge is estimate upon the return of the vehicle and assessment of the damages and abnormal usury of the vehicle.
Insurance will not cover any accident or incident on race tracks. |

| |
Miss use or deliberate act: |
|
|
As per insurance terms and condition, renter will loose insurance coverage if found that the vehicle have been misused in anyway, or the accident has been due to an act or vandalism or other. |
|
| |
Additional Driver Charges: |
|
|
| Additional driver on the rental agreements is to be charged at AED200 per additional driver on a rental agreement. |
|
| |
Delivery and Collection: |
|
|
| Delivery or Collection is to be charged at AED 95 to/from Dubai city limits. |
|
| |
Oman insurance: |
|
|
| AED700 per week is applicable for Oman insurance/cash deposit required. |
| |
| |
Fuel: |
|
| |
Vehicles are generally supplied with a full tank of petrol and should be returned full. A refueling charge including service charge will be applicable for vehicles not returned with a full tank. |
In case vehicle supplied is not full tank, then it should be return with the same level as delivered. Otherwise fuel charge will apply. |
